摘要
为保障地铁运营安全,当前地铁运营企业普遍采用定期维护策略,定期维护策略会导致过度维修与维修不足的情况出现,合理的制定维修间隔决策,减少过度修和维修不足的问题,有利于降本增效及车辆安全可靠运行。本文基于As地铁车辆车门系统的历史故障数据,建立了车门系统故障分布模型及可靠度函数。根据车门系统故障分布模型及可靠性特征值,综合考虑地铁车辆的维修经济性与可用性要求,建立基于维修成本的预防性维修间隔决策模型,分析获取可行的最优预防性维修间隔决策。
In order to ensure the safety of subway operation,regular maintenance strategies are commonly adopted by subway operating enterprises.Regular maintenance strategies can lead to situations of excessive and insufficient maintenance.Reasonable maintenance interval decisions can be made to reduce the problems of excessive and insufficient maintenance,which is beneficial for cost reduction,efficiency improvement,and safe and reliable operation of vehicles.This article establishes a fault distribution model and reliability function for the door system of As subway vehicles based on historical fault data.According to the fault distribution model and reliability eigenvalue of the door system,considering the maintenance economy and availability requirements of metro vehicles,a preventive maintenance interval Decision model based on maintenance cost is established to analyze and obtain the feasible optimal preventive maintenance interval decision-making.
