摘要
在组织育人视角下高校大学生社团具有拓展思政教育载体、营造优质校园文化、提供志愿服务机会以及发挥实践育人作用的功能价值。但由于机制、管理等方面因素影响,高校大学生社团在发挥组织育人功能时面临社团机构建设不合理、社团活动形式趋同、学生课外任务繁杂与思想冲突激烈等问题。为充分发挥大学生社团组织育人功能,高校可通过加强管控力度、融入高校管理体制,发挥教师指导功能、打造社团特色活动,健全社团组织机制、合理分配实践任务以及加强思政育人意识、结合党团组织共同发展等方式实现机制创新。
From the perspective of organizational education,college student associations have the function of expanding the carrier of ideological and political education,creating high-quality campus culture,providing volunteer service opportunities and playing the role of practical education.However,under the influence of mechanism,management and other factors,college student associations will face such problems as unreasonable organization construction,convergence of community activities,complicated extracurricular tasks and fierce ideological conflicts when playing the role of organization and education.In order to give full play to the educational function of college student associations,colleges and universities can take following measures to achieve mechanism innovation,such as strengthening control,integrating into the management system of colleges and universities,fully display the guidance function of teachers,creating special activities of associations,improving associations mechanism,reasonably allocating practical tasks,strengthening the awareness of ideological and political education,and combining with the common development of the party and the league.
