摘要
战略性新兴产业通过孵化效应、催化效应和激励效应等协同机制作用促进创业创新人才培养,同时创业创新人才培养也通过驱动效应和反哺效应驱动战略性新兴产业发展;提出战略性新兴产业发展与创业创新人才培养构成互动机制模型,辅以案例进行验证分析,并基于此提出政策启示。
Strategic emerging industries can promote the cultivation of entrepreneurial and innovative talents through the synergistic mechanism of incubation effect,catalytic effect and incentive effect.At the same time,the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents can also drive the development of strategic emerging industries through the driving effect and feedback effect.Based on this,this paper puts forward an interactive mechanism model between the development of strategic emerging industries and the cultivation of entrepreneurial and innovative talents and verifies the theoretical framework through a case study,based on which the policy implications are proposed as well.
