摘要
本研究通过对大连市社科学术社团发展现状、发展环境的分析,筛选出影响社科学术社团持续发展能力的影响因素,并量化了这些影响因素间的复杂因果关系。通过构建系统动力学仿真模型和评价仿真,得出大连市社科学术社团长期持续发展能力较好、短期持续发展能力还有提高空间的结论,并分析总结了现存的问题。通过敏感性仿真,从政府支持力度、企业支持力度、社会资本效应和知识整合效应四大方面,提出了提高大连市社科学术社团持续发展能力的对策。
This study,through analyzing the current development status and environment of social science academic associations in Dalian,identifies the key factors influencing the sustainable development capacity of these associations,and quantifies the complex causal relationships among these factors.Based on the construction of a system dynamics simulation model and the simulation evaluation,it is concluded that the long-term sustainable development capacity of social science academic associations in Dalian is good,while the short-term sustainable development capacity still has room for improvement.Existing problems are analyzed and summarized.On the basis of sensitivity simulation,strategies are proposed from four aspects:government support,corporate support,social capital effects,and knowledge integration effects,aiming to improve the sustainable development capacity of social science academic associations in Dalian.
