摘要
本文主要介绍了一种结合车辆制动系统的总体布置要求,应用CAE技术进行正向研究,成功开发的,达到国内领先水平的,可批量生产的轻量化铝合金固定式制动卡钳;并分析了铝合金固定式制动钳的优势和应用前景。
This article mainly introduces a lightweight aluminum alloy fixed brake caliper that combines the overall layout requirements of vehicle braking systems,applies CAE technology for forward research,and successfully develops a domestically leading level that can be mass-produced;And analyzed the advantages and application prospects of aluminum alloy fixed brake calipers.
