重复采动巷道围岩塑性区叠加扩展形态特征及量化判别方法 被引量:1

Morphological characteristics and quantitative discriminant method of superimposed plastic zone expansion of surrounding rock of repeated mining roadway

摘要 重复采动巷道围岩破坏问题一直是矿业学科研究的中心问题,其研究关键在于2种应力叠加影响前后巷道围岩塑性区形态间关系.为研究巷道围岩塑性区叠加扩展形态问题,综合运用数值模拟试验及理论分析的方法,研究不同形态塑性区叠加扩展规律及形态扩展机理,提出叠加塑性区形态量化判别准则,建立以叠加塑性区形态扩展规律及判别准则为依据的叠加塑性区判别方法流程.结果表明:1)巷道围岩叠加塑性区可看作一次塑性区与二次塑性区形态的叠加;当二次塑性区呈蝶形时,蝶叶位置扩展存在不稳定性.2)揭示叠加塑性区形态扩展机理:一次偏应力产生的前态塑性区存在不可逆性,叠加二次应力后产生的后态塑性区是在已破坏围岩基础上的再破坏形式,叠加前后偏应力大小决定后态塑性区形态;不同主应力角度叠加塑性区扩展偏转位置取决于主应力偏转角.3)提出围岩叠加塑性区形态量化判别公式及判定准则,通过叠加塑性区形态系数量化判别叠加塑性区形态.4)建立叠加塑性区形态量化判别方法流程,并通过采场模型及平面模型联合分析,完善重复采动前后围岩塑性区形成扩展过程,为重复采动巷道围岩稳定性控制提供更加准确的理论依据,并通过工程实例对该方法可靠性进行验证. The problem of surrounding rock failure in repeated mining roadway has always been the central problem of mining discipline research,the key of which lies in the relationship between the morphology of surrounding rock plastic zone before and after the superimposition of two kinds of stresses.In order to study the superposition expansion pattern of the plastic zone of roadway surrounding rock,the superposition expansion law and the mechanism of the plastic zone of different forms were studied by the comprehensive application of numerical simulation experiment and theoretical analysis,and the quantitative discriminant criterion of the superposition plastic zone was proposed,and the discrimination method flow of the superposition plastic zone based on the superposition plastic zone′s morphological expansion law and discrimination criterion was established.The results show that:1)The superposed plastic zone of roadway surrounding rock can be regarded as the superposition of the morphology of primary plastic zone and secondary plastic zone.When the secondary plastic zone is butterfly shaped,the position expansion of the butterfly leaf is unstable.2)The expansion mechanism of superposition plastic zone is revealed:The pre-state plastic zone generated by primary deviating stress has irreversibility,and the post-state plastic zone generated by superposition secondary stress is a re-failure form based on the damaged surrounding rock,and the post-state plastic zone shape is determined by the magnitude of the deviating stress before and after superposition.The spread deflection position of the superimposed plastic region depends on the deflection angle of the principal stress.3)The quantitative criterion formula and criterion of superposed plastic zone of surrounding rock are put forward,and the quantitative criterion of superposed plastic zone morphology is put forward through the superposed plastic zone morphology coefficient.4)The process of quantitative discriminant of superposed plastic zone morphology is established
