摘要
目的探讨脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱患者采用综合康复护理联合心理干预的效果及对患者的睡眠质量的影响。方法筛选2018年6月~2021年6月入本院治疗的脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱患者82例作为研究对象,并按“随机抽样法”分2组(每组41例),对照组采用常规护理管理,观察组采用综合康复护理联合心理干预,对比两组患者的效果、心理状态、生活质量、睡眠质量。结果观察组残余尿量(71.61±10.05ml)、日排尿次数(9.21±2.71次)低于对照组,膀胱压力(22.14±4.71mmHg)、膀胱容量(430.56±19.24ml)高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组抑郁自评量表评分(38.14±2.88分)、焦虑自评量表(39.34±2.67分)评分、睡眠质量评分低于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组各个维度生活质量评分高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论综合康复护理联合心理干预对改善脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱患者生活质量、睡眠质量及心理状态有积极作用,亦可增加膀胱压力,促进排尿。
Objective To explore the value of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing combined with psychologi-cal intervention for neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury and the impact of sleep quality.Methods 82 patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury who were admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups(41 cases in each group)using a"random sampling method".The control group received routine sleep quality management,while the observation group received comprehensive re-habilitation nursing combined with psychological intervention.The effects,psychological status,quality of life,and sleep quality of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The residual urine volume(71.61±10.05ml)and daily urination frequency(9.21±2.71 times)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while bladder pressure(22.14±4.71mmHg)and bladder volume(430.56±19.24ml)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)score(38.14±2.88 points),Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score(39.34±2.67 points),and sleep quality score in the observation group were lower than those in the con-trol group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores in all dimensions of the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing combined with psychological intervention has a positive effect on improving the quality of life,sleep quality,and psychological state of patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury,as well as increasing bladder pressure and promoting urination.
