摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是临床上一种常见的慢性呼吸系统疾病,在其发病人群中老年患者占多数。COPD常合并多种疾病,包括骨质疏松症(OP)、心血管疾病、肌肉萎缩、焦虑抑郁状态、肺癌等。老年COPD患者OP患病率相对较高,COPD合并OP的危险因素较多,其发病机制及治疗尚需进一步研究。该文从其发病的危险因素,可能的发病机制及相关治疗的研究进展进行阐述,以期为其预防与治疗提供思路。
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common chronic respiratory disease in clinic.The majority of patients with COPD are elderly subjects.COPD is often associated with a variety of diseases,including osteoporosis(OP),cardiovascular disease,muscular dystrophy,anxiety and depression,and lung cancer.The prevalence rate of OP in elderly patients with COPD is relatively high,and there are many risk factors associated with OP in COPD.Its pathogenesis and treatment need further study.In this paper,the risk factors,possible pathogenesis and related treatment of the disease were discussed in order to provide ideas for its prevention and treatment.
