摘要
水表的测量准确度直接影响供水企业和用户的经济效益,其中水表的安装方式是影响计量准确性的因素之一。本文从超声水表的计量原理出发,采用实验与流场仿真,对水表水平安装与不同安装方式下的数据进行对比,分析水表计量误差发生的变化,从而验证了超声水表相较于传统的机械水表而言可以进行多角度的安装。
The measurement accuracy of water meters directly affects the economic benefits of water supply enterprises and users,among which the installation method of water meters is one of the factors affecting the measurement accuracy.Based on the measurement principle of ultrasonic water meters,this paper uses experiments and flow field simulation to compare the data of horizontal installation and different installation modes of water meters,and analyzes the changes in metering errors of water meters.It is verified that the ultrasonic water meter can be installed in multiple angles compared with the traditional mechanical water meter.
