摘要
本研究创建了液质联用检测方法,检测了草鱼中呋喃唑酮、呋喃它酮、呋喃妥因、呋喃西林4种硝基呋喃代谢物。结果显示,该检测方法准确度较高、简单、可靠,能满足草鱼中不科学应用硝基呋喃类药物的检测监控要求。
This study established a liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry detection method to detect four types of nitrofuran metabolites in grass carp,including furazolidone,furantazone,furantoin,and furacillin.The results show that the detection method has high accuracy,simplicity,and reliability,and can meet the monitoring requirements for the unscientific application of nitrofuran drugs in grass carp.
