摘要
随着我国研究生教育的飞速发展,专业学位研究生教育已经逐渐成为主流,如何提升和保障专业学位研究生教育的质量保障体系已经成为目前亟须解决的问题。基于前人的研究成果和存在的问题,针对专业学位研究生的特殊之处,从基础条件、过程监控、结果保障、持续改进四个方面开展研究生教育质量保障体系研究,以明确专业学位研究生培养目标、提高学生的积极性、改善专业学位研究生教育质量、提升专业学位研究生的实践和科研能力,并为实现教育质量的良性循环提供有益参考。
With the rapid development of graduate education in China,professional degree graduate students have gradually become the mainstream.How to improve and guarantee the quality assurance system of professional degree graduate education has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the previous research results and existing problems,this paper carries out research on ensuring the quality of postgraduate education from the four aspects of basic conditions,process monitoring,result guarantee and continuous improvement.In view of the particularity of professional degree graduate students,it clarifies their training objectives,improves the enthusiasm of students,improves the quality of professional degree graduate education,improves the practice and scientific research ability of professional degree graduate students,and realizes a virtuous circle of education quality.
