摘要
通信机房设备运维问题关系数据中心的网络服务质量,一旦出现严重设备故障,将会降低数据服务的安全性和有效性。文章基于大数据分析设计一套通信机房设备故障预测与运维优化系统,并从故障预测与运维优化两个角度验证系统性能。结果表明,文章设计的系统的准确率、精确率、召回率、F1分数、受试者特征与横轴构成的面积(Receiver Operating Characteristic-Area Under Curve,AUC)、响应时间、恢复时间、故障解决率、故障诊断准确率等指标均优于传统方法,表明文章设计的系统具有较强性能,值得广泛推广。
The operation and maintenance of equipment in the communication room is related to the network service quality of the data center.If a serious equipment fault occurs,the security and effectiveness of data services will be reduced.This paper designs a a set of fault prediction and operation and maintenance optimization system of communication room equipment based on big data analysis,and verifies the system performance from two perspectives:fault prediction and operation and maintenance optimization.The results show that the accuracy,precision,recall,F1 score,Receiver Operating Characteristic-Area Under Curve(AUC),response time,recovery time,fault resolution rate,fault diagnosis accuracy and other indicators of the system designed in this paper are all better than those of the traditional method,indicating that the system designed in this paper has strong performance and is worthy of widespread promotion.
