摘要
目的分析早期胃癌患者腹腔镜根治术后反刍思维现状及其相关影响因素.方法选择赣州市人民医院2020年8月-2023年8月期间收治的97例早期胃癌患者作为研究对象,采用反刍思维量表(RRS)评估患者术后反刍思维现状,采用一般资料调查问卷、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)进行调查,并比较不同特征患者的RRS评分,找出相关影响因素.结果97例早期胃癌患者腹腔镜根治术后RRS评分为(64.58±6.73)分;不同文化程度、化疗方案、社会支持、应对方式的早期胃癌患者腹腔镜根治术后RRS评分比较,差异显著(P<0.05);进一步研究发现,文化程度低、多药联合化疗、社会支持低水平、消极应对是早期胃癌患者腹腔镜根治术后反刍思维的影响因素(P<0.05).结论早期胃癌患者腹腔镜根治术后反刍思维处于中等水平,而文化程度低、多药联合化疗、社会支持低水平、消极应对均是其影响因素.
Objective To analyze the current status and related influencing factors of rumination thinking in patients with early gastric cancer after laparoscopic radical surgery.Method 97 patients with early gastric cancer admitted to the hospital between August 2020 and August 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The rumination thinking status of patients after surgery was evaluated using the Rumination Responses Scale(RRS).A general information survey questionnaire,Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)were used to investigate,and the RRS scores of patients with different characteristics were compared to identify relevant influencing factors.Result The RRS score of 97 patients with early gastric cancer after laparoscopic radical surgery was(64.58±6.73)points;comparison of RRS scores after laparoscopic radical surgery in early gastric cancer patients with different educational levels,chemotherapy regimens,social support,and coping styles,there were significant difference among them(P<0.05);further research has found that low educational level,multi drug combination chemotherapy,low level social support,and negative coping are the influencing factors on rumination thinking in patients with early gastric cancer after laparoscopic radical surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Early gastric cancer patients undergoing laparoscopic radical surgery have a moderate level of rumination thinking,and low educational level,multi drug combination chemotherapy,low level social support,and negative coping are all influencing factors.
