摘要
目的探讨高血压性脑卒中偏瘫伴睡眠障碍患者应用足底反射疗法联合早期康复训练对睡眠质量和血压的影响。方法回顾性分析2020年2月—2022年1月山东国欣颐养集团枣庄中心医院收治的88例高血压性脑卒中偏瘫伴睡眠障碍患者的临床资料,按康复治疗方式的不同,分为观察组和对照组,每组44例。对照组患者接受常规综合康复治疗,观察组在常规综合康复治疗的基础上,进行足底反射疗法联合早期康复训练,为期6周。对两组的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分、功能缺损评分和血压控制情况进行对比。结果观察组患者治疗后睡眠质量评分(9.56±5.42)分、神经功能缺损评分(10.76±0.81)分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.356、35.726,P均<0.05)。治疗后观察组的舒张压和收缩压水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论高血压性脑卒中偏瘫伴睡眠障碍患者实施足底反射疗法联合早期康复训练可改善患者的睡眠质量,维持患者血压的稳定。
Objective To investigate the effect of plantarreflexology combined with early rehabilitation training on sleep quality and blood pressure in hypertensive stroke patients with hemiplegia and sleep disorder.Methods The clinical data of 88 hypertensive stroke hemiplegia patients with sleep disorders admitted to Zaozhuang Central Hospital of Shandong Guoxin Nursing Care Group from February 2020 to January 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different rehabilitation treatment methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received conventional comprehensive rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group received plantar reflexology combined with early rehabilitation training on the basis of conventional comprehensive rehabilitation treatment for 6 weeks.The scores of Pittsburgh sleep quality index,functional impairment and blood pressure control were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the sleep quality score(9.56±5.42)points and nerve function deficit score(10.76±0.81)points in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.356,35.726,both P<0.05).After treatment,the diastolic and systolis blood pressure levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion In hypertensive stroke patients with hemiplegia accompanied by sleep disorders,plantar reflexology combined with early rehabilitation training can improve the sleep quality of patients and maintain the stability of blood pressure.
