摘要
目的分析正畸治疗在口腔修复中的临床疗效及对患者咬合能力和美观程度的影响。方法选取2018年5月至2020年12月本溪市第三人民医院收治的78例口腔疾病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为正畸组与修复组,每组39例。修复组予以常规口腔修复,正畸组在口腔修复的基础上联合正畸治疗。比较两组临床疗效、牙齿美观程度、手术前后咬合能力及并发症发生情况。结果正畸组治疗总有效率为94.87%,高于修复组的74.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1个月,两组咬合能力均高于术前,且正畸组咬合能力高于修复组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。正畸组牙齿美观程度优于修复组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。正畸组并发症发生率为5.13%,低于修复组的20.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正畸治疗应用于口腔修复中,可增强临床疗效,提高咬合能力和牙齿美观程度,减少并发症的发生。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of orthodontic treatment in oral restoration and its impact on occlusal ability and aesthetics of patients.Methods A total of 78 patients with oral diseases admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Benxi from May 2018 to December 2020 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into the orthodontic group and the restoration group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.the restoration group was given routine oral prosthesis,and the orthodontic group was combined with orthodontic treatment on the basis of oral prosthesis,the clinical efficacy,dental aesthetics,occlusal ability before and after operation and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the orthodontic group was 94.87%,which was higher than 74.36%in the restoration group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).1 month after surgery,the occlusal ability of the two groups was higher than before surgery,and the occlusal ability in the orthodontic group was higher than that in the restoration group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The dental aesthetic degree in the orthodontic group was better than that in the restoration group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the orthodontic group was 5.13%,which was lower than 20.51%in the restoration group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of orthodontic treatment in oral prosthesis can improve the clinical effect,improve the occlusal ability and the aesthetic degree of teeth,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
