强化固溶对7075铝合金组织与冲击性能影响

摘要 用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和冲击试验机研究了强化固溶对7075铝合金组织和冲击性能的影响。结果表明:传统固溶处理后仍有1.5~5μm的析出相粒子未固溶;这些析出相粒子在内应力作用下会成为裂纹源,恶化合金性能。含较多Fe、Cu、Zn的析出相粒子热稳定性较高,若回溶基体需强化固溶热处理。强化固溶后,绝大部分粗大的析出相固溶进基体,减少了形成裂纹源和应力集中的可能。同时强化固溶使基体内的溶质原子含量增高,在时效过程中可促进更多弥散相的析出,提高了合金的抗冲击性能。 The effect of strengthened solution on the microstructure and impact properties of 7075 Al alloy was studied by metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope and impact testing machine.The results show that about 1.5-5μm of precipitated particles are not solidly dissolved after traditional solution treatment.These precipitated particles will become crack sources under the action of internal stress and deteriorate the properties of the alloy.The precipitated particles containing more Fe,Cu and Zn have higher thermal stability,and the solid solution heat treatment should be strengthened if the matrix is dissolved back.After strengthening the solid solution,most of the coarse precipitated phase is solidly dissolved into the matrix,which reduces the possibility of forming crack source and stress concentration.At the same time,strengthening the solid solution can increase the content of solute atoms in the matrix,promote the precipitation of more dispersive phase during the aging process,and improve the impact resistance of the alloy.
