摘要
目的探讨循环管理法用于抗生素管理的效果。方法选取达州市中心医院收治的患者200例,以2020年1月至2021年1月应用抗生素治疗的100例患者为对照组,以2022年2月至2023年3月应用抗生素治疗的100例患者为观察组。对照组予常规管理,观察组予常规管理结合循环管理。结果观察组较对照组抗生素不合理应用率更低,细菌学送检率更高,抗生素用药把控程度也更高(P<0.05)。结论循环管理法用于抗生素管理,对促进抗生素管理水平作用显著,并有助于提高相关用药人员对抗生素的把握程度,以促进合理用药。
Objective To investigate the effect of circular management method in antibiotic management.Methods A total of 200 patients admitted to Dazhou Central Hospital were selected,with 100 patients treated with antibiotics from January 2020 to January 2021 as the control group and 100 patients treated with antibiotics from February 2022 to March 2023 as the observation group.The patients in the control group were given the routine management,the patients in the observation group were given the routine management combined with circular management.Results Compared with those in the control group,the rate of irrational use of antibiotics in the observation group decreased significantly,the control level of antibiotic use in the observation group significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The circular management method used for antibiotic management has a significant effect on promoting the level of antibiotic management and helps to improve the grasp of antibiotics by relevant drug users,whih can promote rational drug use.
