摘要
目的探讨疼痛护理在创伤性骨折患者中的应用效果,以及对患者焦虑情绪的改善作用。方法选取医院2021年6月至2022年6月收治的急性创伤性骨折患者200例,根据护理干预方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,各100例。对照组患者予常规护理,观察组患者予疼痛护理。结果观察组患者的护理满意度为98.00%,显著高于对照组的89.00%(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理依从性为99.00%,显著高于对照组的90.00%(P<0.05);观察组患者的住院、骨折愈合时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的运动评定量表(MAS)评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的生活质量评定量表(SF-36)各维度评分均显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疼痛护理用于创伤性骨折的护理效果良好,可改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪和生活质量,提高护理满意度和依从性。
Objective To investigate the effect of pain nursing in patients with traumatic fractures,and its effect on improving anxiety in patients.Methods A total of 200 patients with acute traumatic fracture admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to different intervention methods,with 100 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given the routine care,the patients in the observation group were given the pain nursing.Results The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than 89.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing compliance in the observation group was 99.00%,which was significantly higher than 90.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization and fracture healing time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The motor assessment scale(MAS)score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the nursing,the scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),and Visual Analog Scale(VAS)in the observation group significantly reduced(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)for patients in the observation group all significantly increased(P<0.05),and that in the observation group was significantly higher that in than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pain nursing has a good nursing effect on traumatic fractures,which can improve patients'anxiety,depression,and quality of life,and enhance nursing satisfaction and compliance.
