摘要
目的探讨孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗儿童哮喘的临床效果。方法选取2022年5月至2023年5月眉县人民医院收治的60例哮喘患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)与观察组(30例)。对照组采用布地奈德治疗,观察组采用孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗,比较两组肺功能、临床症状消失时间和临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组咳嗽、憋喘消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗儿童哮喘可提高治疗效果,降低不良反应发生率,值得在临床实践中应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Montelukast Sodium combined with Budesonide in the treatment of childhood asthma.Methods A total of 60 children with asthma admitted to Mei County People’s Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All the children were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the observation group(30 cases)according to the ra ndom number table method.The control group was treated with Budesonide,and the observation group was treated with Montelukast Sodium combined with Budesonide.The lung function,clinical symptom disappearance time and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of forced vital capacity and forced expiratory volume in one second of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough and wheezing in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Montelukast Sodium and Budesonide in the treatment of childhood asthma can improve the treatment effect and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worth apply ing in clinical practice.
