摘要
为了进一步拓宽硅胶材料的应用范围,本文通过添加不同含量的可逆变色粉,采用开炼机进行充分混合均匀后,利用硫化仪制备了可逆变色硅胶材料,探讨了可逆变色粉的添加量对材料力学性能、硬度等的影响,研究了可逆变色硅胶材料的可逆变色性能。结果表明,所制备的可逆变色硅胶材料在特定温度下可实现由绿色到柠檬黄色的可逆变换,当可逆变色粉添加含量为0.8%时,可逆变色硅胶材料的综合力学性能最佳,拉伸强度为10.6MPa,断裂伸长率为497.9%,最大撕裂强度为42.1N/mm,硬度最大值为71.3。
In order to further expand the application range of silicone rubber materials,different contents of reversible color powder was added to prepare reversible color-changing silicone rubber materials by using the open mill and vulcanization instruments.The influence of the addition amount of reversible color powder on the material mechanical properties,hardness,etc.,the reversible color-changing properties of reversible color-changing silicone rubber materials were studied.The results show that the reversible color-changing silicone rubber materials can achieve a reversible transformation from green to lemon yellow at a specific temperature.When the content of reversible color-changing powder is 0.8%,the comprehensive mechanical properties of reversible color-changing silicone rubber materials are the best,the tensile strength and the elongation at break are 10.6 MPa and 497.9%,respectively.In addition,the maximum tearing strength is 42.1 N/mm and the maximum hardness is 71.3.
