风电偏航变桨轴承油孔加工工艺改进

摘要 针对常规风电偏航变桨轴承油孔加工质量差、加工效率不高、消耗成本大的问题,提出以下改进措施:将油孔调整至沟道淬火前加工,消除了硬质合金钻头的消耗,节约采购成本;通过调整油孔加工顺序,将油孔一次加工到位,避免了对接加工及淬火层麻花钻直接加工造成的质量问题,保证了加工质量、提升了加工效率。经实际加工验证,改进后风电偏航变桨轴承油孔质量可以满足用户的要求。 Aiming at the problems of poor processing quality,low processing efficiency and large consumption cost of conventional wind power yaw pitch bearings,the following improvement measures are proposed.The oil hole is adjusted to the channel quenching pre-machining,which eliminates the consumption of cemented carbide drill bits and saves procurement costs.By adjusting the processing sequence of the oil holes,the oil holes are processed in place at one time,which avoids the quality problems caused by butt processing and direct processing of twist drills in the quenching layer,ensures the processing quality and improves the processing efficiency.After actual processing verification,the improved oil hole quality of wind power yaw pitch bearing can meet the requirements of users.
