摘要
目的分析8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)的研究现状和热点。方法收集中国知网1996-2022年8-OHdG相关文献,使用CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析。结果共纳入文献652篇,研究热点主要有氧化应激、氧化损伤和活性氧等。8-OHdG主要与冠心病、阿尔次海默症、糖尿病等相关。结论目前大多数研究仅局限于将8-OHdG当作一个检测指标,外源性8-OHdG有望治疗氧化损伤相关疾病。
Objective To analyze the research status and hotspots of 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine(8-OHdG)using CiteSpace.Methods 8-OHdG-related literature between 1996 and 2022 was retrieved from CNKI database,and analyzed by visualization analysis with CiteSpace software.Results A total of 652 articles were included,of which oxidative stress,oxidative damage and reactive oxygen species were the research hotspots.8-OHdG was closely related to coronary heart disease,Alzheimer’s disease,and diabetes.Conclusion 8-OHdG serves as a testing index in most of the current studies.The exogenous 8-OHdG is expected to treat oxidative damage-related diseases.
