摘要
为更好地传承热爱劳动的社会风尚,促进大学生全面成长成才,开展新时代高校劳动教育是必要途径。推动新时代高校劳动教育的有效实施,必须立足高等教育的特殊性,准确理解高校劳动教育的本质,把握劳动教育在高等教育阶段的存在价值。唯其如此,才能为提高新时代高校劳动教育的实效性提供可行性的建议和方案。基于马克思对劳动概念的界定,结合高等教育的特殊性及时代特征,深入分析新时代高校劳动教育的本质和时代价值。在此基础上,从高校劳动教育课程建设、劳动教育与专业教育融合建设、劳动教育社会协调机制建设等方面探索其实践路径。
To better inherit the social trend of loving labor and promote the comprehensive growth of college students,it is necessary to carry out labor education in universities in the new era.To promote the effective implementation of labor education in universities in the new era,it is necessary to keep a foothold on the particularity of higher education,accurately understand the essence of labor education in universities,and grasp the value of labor education in higher education.Only in this way can feasible suggestions and plans be provided to improve the effectiveness of labor education in universities in the new era.Based on Marx’s definition of the concept of labor,considering the particularity of higher education and the characteristics of the times,this paper deeply analyzes the essence and value of labor education in universities in the new era.On this basis,this paper explores practical methods from several aspects such as curriculum development,integration of labor education and professional education,and establishment of social mechanisms for coordinating labor education in universities.
