摘要
装配式墙面系统是一项新技术,以标准化设计、工厂化生产和装配化施工为主要特征。本文通过运用Revit建立精细化装饰BIM模型,研发墙面部品构件之间的链接特点,解决了墙面快速挂装及拆卸技术。调平组件更能控制空腔厚度,管线分离体系提升了日常设备检修的便捷性。新型装配式墙面系统,具有通用性和互换性,绿色环保,能提升工程施工精度。
Prefabricated wall system is a new technology,with standardized design,factory production and assembly construction as its main features.Through the use of Revit to establish a refined decoration BIM model,research and development of the characteristics of links between wall components,solve the rapid wall mounting and disassembly technology,leveling components can better control the thickness of the cavity,pipeline separation system improves the convenience of daily equipment maintenance.New prefabricated wall system,with versatility and interchangeability,green environmental protection,improve engineering construction accuracy.
