节水视域下企业可持续水管理动因及路径研究

Drivers and Paths of Corporate Water Stewardship from Water Conservation Perspective

摘要 采用程序化扎根理论研究方法,借助Nvivo12软件对6家食品饮料领先企业的管理实践进行深度剖析,识别出企业可持续水管理的驱动机制、行动路径及价值效应。结果显示:外部因素、内部因素及二者交互效应,驱动企业可持续水管理行为并产生经济、环境、社会等多重价值效益。进一步厘清了企业可持续水管理内外部要素间的作用机制,构建了基于“动机-行为-绩效”的企业可持续水管理概念模型。最后,提出了政策启示。 Using a programmatic grounded theory research method and with the help of Nvivo12 software,an in-depth analysis of the management practices of 6 leading food and beverage enterprises is conducted to identify the driving mechanism,action paths,and value effects of corporate water stewardship.Results show that external factors,internal factors,and the interaction of the two drive corporate water stewardship behaviors and generate economic,environmental,social,and other multiple value benefits.Furthermore,the mechanism between internal and external elements of corporate water stewardship is clarified,and a conceptual model of corporate water stewardship based on“motivation-behavior-performance”is constructed,which provides valuable guidance for corporate water management under China's water conservation action.
