“以学生为中心”的汽车构造课堂教学改革与实践

摘要 基于中国工程教育认证的理念和教育部“新工科”的要求,以满足汽车产业对人才培养质量的要求为导向,针对交通运输专业课程建设现状和人才培养存在的问题,在成果导向教育(OBE)理念指导下,以学生为中心,对汽车构造课程进行课堂教学改革,挖掘和梳理思政要素,丰富教学资源,创新课程考核体系,注重学生在德育和智育方面的成果。突出学生的主体性,加深学生对专业认知,培养学生精益求精的大国工匠精神、科技报国的家国情怀、工程伦理意识和责任感,为培养能扎根基层、实践能力突出、创新意识明显、综合素质高的专门应用型人才奠定坚实的专业基础。 Based on the concept of China's engineering education certification and the requirements of the ministry of education for"new engineering",with the automobile industry's requirements for talent training quality as the guidance,and in view of the current situation of curriculum construction and problems existing in talent training for transportation majors,the student-centered classroom teaching reform of Automobile Construction is carried out under the guidance of the outcome based education(OBE)concept,exploring and sorting out ideological and political elements,and enriching teaching resources.To innovate the curriculum assessment system and pay attention to students'achievements in moral and intellectual education.Highlight students'subjectivity,deepen students'professional cognition,cultivate students'craftsman spirit of excellence,feelings of serving the country with science and technology,awareness of engineering ethics and sense of responsibility,and lay a solid professional foundation for cultivating specialized application-oriented talents with outstanding practical ability,obvious innovation consciousness and high comprehensive quality.
