摘要 阐述气动驱动装置的工作原理,即压缩气体和弹簧力分别驱动过程中的力矩输出;分析拨叉结构的特点,确定气源压力、活塞杆中心与拨叉中心距、活塞直径和弹簧力等四要素直接决定输出力矩;优化KTM(日本凯特姆)气动驱动装置单作用型产品结构,即箱体不变,增大气缸活塞直径和弹簧力,增大其输出力矩,使同规格的单作用型与双作用型的输出力矩相近。 The working principle of pneumatic actuator is described,including the torque output in the process of compressed gas and spring force respectively.By analyzing the characteristics of scotch yoke’s structure,it is determined that the output torque is directly determined by four factors,such as the air source pressure,the distance between the center of the piston rod and the center of scotch yoke,the diameter of the piston and the spring force.Optimize the single acting product structure of KTM(Japan Kitamura)pneumatic actuator,not only the box is unchanged,the cylinder piston diameter and spring force are increased,and the output torque is increased,so that the output torque of the single acting type and the double acting type with the same specification is similar.
