摘要
煤矿机电设备的正常运行与煤矿生产的安全和效益息息相关。传统的机电设备管理方式面临着许多挑战,包括维护难度大、故障诊断困难等。随着科技的不断发展,智能化管理逐渐成为提高煤矿机电设备管理效能的重要手段。探讨了煤矿机电设备智能化管理的方法及管理系统的设计,旨在通过引入先进的传感器技术、云计算平台以及机器学习算法,构建一套适用于煤矿机电设备管理的智能化系统,并通过该系统,希望实现对煤矿机电设备状态的实时监测、故障的早期预警、系统维护的优化,为决策者提供全面、精准的数据支持。
The normal operation of the coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment is closely related to the safety and efficiency of coal mine production.The traditional management mode of the mechanical and electrical equipment faces many challenges,including difficulties in maintenance and in diagnosing faults.With the continuous development of science and technology,the intelligent management has gradually become an important means to improve the management efficiency of coal mine mechanical and electricalequipment.This paper mainly discussed the method of intelligent management of coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment and the design of management system.It aimed to construct an intelligent system suitable for the management of coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment by introducing advanced sensor technology,cloud computing platform and machine learning algorithm.Through this system,it was hoped to realize the real-time monitoring of the state of coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment,early warning of faults,and optimization of system maintenance,so as to provide comprehensive and accurate data support for decision makers.
