摘要
围绕建设美丽中国大目标,从实现双碳目标着手,列举并分析了我国及全世界环境和气候保护的政策。进而对我国现在的低碳经济现状以及绿色金融展开研究,认为气象档案是记录气候变化的最宝贵的资源。建立完善的气象档案,有助于能源结构优化,助力金融工具的准确完备,有效监控治理大气污染,助力双碳目标实现。
Focusing on the big goal of building a beautiful China,starting from the realization of the dual-carbon goal,this paper lists and analyzes the policy of environment and climate protection in China and the world.Then,it conducts a research on China's current low carbon economic situation and green finance,and believes that meteorological archives are the most precious resources of recording climate changes,and that the establishment of perfect meteorological archives can help the energy structure optimization,accurate and complete financial tools,effective monitoring and governance of atmosphere pollution,and realization of the dual-carbon goal.
