摘要
震后对灾区人员的分布情况和灾害损失情况开展快速、精准的评估工作是制定应急救援辅助决策的关键。河北省地震灾害损失快速评估系统基于简单的乡镇行政区划矢量面或分辨率为1 km的栅格数据进行研究开发,其计算结果覆盖范围较大、数据更新难度大。为了解决该问题,结合居民点、社区、公里格网等数据精度的特点,以怀来县城区为例,提出了改变数据空间分辨率精度的精细化处理方法,实现居民地块体矢量数据与人口、经济数据关联,并建立了相关的数据库表结构,有效地解决了快速评估过程中参与计算数据冗余的问题。为提高地震灾害损失快速评估的准确性、科学性、合理性和时效性奠定了科学基础。
The accuracy of the distribution of people in the post-earthquake disaster area and the rapid assessment of disaster damage is one of the keys to making emergency relief aid decisions.The rapid assessment system of earthquake damage in Hebei province is researched and developed based on simple vector surfaces of township administrative divisions or raster data with a resolution of 1km,whose calculation results are less accurate and more difficult to update.In order to solve the problem,this paper combines the data accuracy characteristics of residential points,communities and kilometer grid,proposes a refinement method to change the spatial resolution accuracy of data with the example of urban area of Huailai County,to realize the correlation of resident land mass vector data with population and economic data,and establishes the re‐lated database table structure,effectively solve the problem of data redundancy in rapid evaluation process.It lays a scientific foundation for improving the accuracy,scientificity,rationality,and timeliness of rapid assessment of earthquake disaster damage.
