摘要
为明晰柔性管理对高校思想政治教育实效性影响问题,采用成熟量表和自编量表,对900名高校大学生实施调查。运用SPSS 26.0和Mplus 7.4软件进行信度分析、探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析和中介效应检验等验证柔性管理对思想政治教育实效性的影响和作用,在此基础上尝试构建以教育组织氛围为中介的结构模型。实证调研发现,在柔性管理、组织氛围与思想政治教育实效性显著正相关的前提下,组织氛围在柔性管理和思想政治教育实效性之间起到了完全中介作用。由此探索出高校思想政治教育柔性化管理的实践建议,以提升思想政治教育的实效性。
To clarify the impact of flexible management on the effectiveness of ideological and political education(hereinafter referred to as“IPE”)in colleges,a survey was conducted on 900 undergraduates using a mature scale and a self-designed scale.This survey,with the software of SPSS 26.0 and Mplus 7.4 to conduct the reliability analysis,the exploratory factor analysis,the confirmatory factor analysis,and the mediation effect testing to verify the impact and role of flexible management on the effectiveness of IPE.Based on this,the article attempts to construct a structural model mediated by educational organizational atmosphere.Empirical research has found that under the premise of a significant positive correlation between flexible management,organizational atmosphere,and the effectiveness of IPE,and organizational atmosphere plays a completely mediating role between flexible management and the effectiveness of IPE.Thus,some practical suggestions for flexible management of IPE are put forward in order to enhance the effectiveness of IPE in colleges and universities.
