基于滑模控制的轨道式无线电能传输系统设计

摘要 为解决轨道式无线电能传输(WPT)系统动态稳定性较差且效率不高的问题,借助Maxwell仿真软件,分别搭建传统E型和C型铁氧体绕制的接收线圈模型,对比分析发现后者传输效率比前者高5%。通过对基于LCC-S的高阶补偿电路建模分析,利用Matlab绘图找出系统传输效率最优参数。为解决接收端在移动时耦合系数变化造成电压不稳定的问题,提出一种无抖动滑模控制算法,并在Matlab/Simulink分别搭建基于PI控制和滑模控制模型,仿真分析得出滑模控制在耦合系数变化较大时稳压效果优于PI控制,最后搭建WPT系统样机并进行实验。结果表明:当接发线圈相对距离在一定范围内变化时,电压能维持在预设值,并且传输效率不低于81%,进一步验证了本文算法的有效性及可行性。 To solve the problem of poor dynamic stability and low efficiency of the orbital wireless power transmission(WPT)system,Maxwell simulation software is used to build the receiving coil models of the traditional E-type ferrite wound and the C-type ferrite wound.It is found by comparative analysis that the transmission efficiency of the latter was 5%higher than that of the former.Matlab drawing is used to find the optimal parameters for system transmission efficiency through modeling and analysis of high-order compensation circuits based on LCC-S.To solve the problem of voltage instability caused by the change of coupling coefficient when the receiver moves,a jitter-free sliding mode control algorithm is proposed,and PI control and sliding mode control models are built in Matlab/Simulink respectively.The simulation analysis shows that the voltage regulation effect of sliding mode control is better than that of PI control when the coupling coefficient changes greatly.The experimental results show that when the relative distance of the transmitting coil changes within a certain range,the voltage can be maintained at the preset value,and the transmission efficiency is not less than 81%,which further verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed algorithm.
