摘要
为了准确识别出绝缘子缺陷,防止绝缘子破损导致输电线路不能正常运行的问题,提出基于阈值差分的绝缘子缺陷识别算法。首先对图像进行预处理,然后进行自适应阈值分割完成图像二值化,通过形态学处理消除琐碎区域,使用边缘检测算子提取绝缘子边缘。将故障绝缘子与正常绝缘子作差提取缺陷图,依据缺陷像素大小与阈值的关系判断绝缘子的破损情况。将缺陷图二值化后使用矩形框标定。实验结果表明所提出的算法对绝缘子缺陷识别具有一定现实意义。
Aiming at accurately identifying insulator defects and preventing transmission lines from insulator-damage-induced operational anomaly,the present work proposed a threshold-difference-based insulator defect identification algorithm.First the image was pre-processed and treated by adaptive threshold segmentation to achieve image binarization.In the treatment of the images,trivial areas were eliminated by morphological processing,and insulator edges were extracted using an edge detection operator.Then the defect map was extracted by substracting image information of faulty insulator from normal insulator,and the damage of insulator was determined by judging whether the size of defect pixels exceeded the threshold.After binarizing the defect map,a rectangular box was used for calibration.The experimental results indicated that the algorithm proposed in this paper has certain practical significance in identifying insulator defects.
