摘要
为研究多胎萨福克羊杂交改良哈萨克羊的效果,以6月龄多胎萨福克与哈萨克羊杂交F1和F2代公羔为试验对象,测定羔羊的体尺和体重,通过屠宰试验测定屠宰率、胴体重、净肉重、脂肪重、骨重、背膘厚和眼肌面积等指标,对比杂交F1和F2代羔羊的体尺、体重和屠宰性能。结果表明:杂交F1和F2代羔羊的体高、体斜长、胸深、胸宽、胸围和管围差异均不显著(P>0.05)。杂交F1和F2代羔羊的宰前活重、胴体重、净肉重、净肉率、肉骨比、肋肉厚、眼肌面积差异均不显著(P>0.05),F1代羔羊的背膘厚显著大于F2代(P<0.05),F2代羔羊的屠宰率显著大于F1代(P<0.05)。以上结果表明多胎萨福克羊杂交改良哈萨克羊时,随着杂交代数的增加,F2代羔羊的背膘厚显著降低,肉品质得到提高。
In order to study the effect of crossbreeding multiparous Suffolk with Kazakh sheep,six-month-old male lambs of F 1 and F 2 hybrid generations of multiparous Suffolk and Kazakh sheep were used as the experimental animals.The body size and body weight of lambs were measured,and the slaughter rate,carcass weight,net meat weight,fat weight,bone weight,back fat thickness and eye muscle area were measured by slaughter test.The body size,body weight and slaughter performance of F 1 and F 2 crossbred lambs were compared.The results showed that there was no significant difference in body height,body oblique length,chest depth,chest width,chest circumference and tube circumference between F 1 and F 2 lambs(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in live weight before slaughter,carcass weight,net meat weight,net meat rate,meat bone ratio,rib thickness and eye muscle area between F 1 and F 2 hybrid generations(P>0.05).The back fat thickness of F 1 lambs was significantly higher than that of F 2 lambs(P<0.05),and the slaughter rate of F 2 lambs was significantly higher than that of F 1 lambs(P<0.05).The above results showed that the back fat thickness of F 2 lambs was significantly decreased and the meat quality was improved with the increase of hybridization generations in the hybridzation of multiparous Suffolk sheep and Kazakh Sheep.
