人嗜碱性粒细胞胞膜蛋白在过敏诊断中的研究进展

摘要 嗜碱性粒细胞是外周血白细胞中丰度最低的粒细胞亚群。近年来,嗜碱性粒细胞作为过敏反应的经典效应细胞引起了人们的极大关注。嗜碱性粒细胞受特异性过敏原刺激后可释放多种炎性介质和细胞因子,同时伴随多种胞膜蛋白的表达变化。尽管目前嗜碱性粒细胞活化的标志分子尤其是CD63和CD203c广泛应用于临床诊断和实验室研究,然而嗜碱性粒细胞在静息和活化状态下的最佳标志分子仍有争议。本文对已知的嗜碱性粒细胞在不同状态下胞膜所表达的分子做一总结,希望能为以后开展嗜碱性粒细胞的相关研究提供新的方向。 Basophils are the least abundant granulocyte subpopulation of peripheral blood leukocytes,and have attracted a great deal of attention recently as the classical effector cells in allergic diseases.These cells secrete inflammatory mediators and cytokines after being activated by specific allergens,which are accompanied by changes of various membrane protein expressions.Although CD63 and CD203c are the most widely used markers in clinical diagnoses and laboratory studies,the optimal markers to identify basophils,and to define activated and degranulated basophils remain controversial.Herein,the known surface markers of basophils are reviewed to offer new directions for further research on basophils.
