The application of automatic stereoscopic warehouse system in Huangjiu(yellow rice wine)industry was introduced.The unit operation of automatic stereoscopic warehouse systemin Huangjiu included empty bottle and packing material storage,finished product storage,empty bottle and packing material supply,leakage test product storage,finished product storage,automatic stereoscopic warehouse pick-up procedure,unqualified product return,automatic stereoscopic warehouse inventory,automatic stereoscopic warehouse query and maintenance,etc;The seamless connection technology is adopted between the automatic stereo warehouse system and the automatic filling line system,the automatic liquor blending system and the sales ERP system to realize the overall integration;Contribute to the scientific and technological innovation of liquor making industry.
