摘要
结合航标管理工作实际,从航标遥测遥控的系统安全、终端设备性能、外部环境影响及数据监控等方面详细阐述航标遥测遥控所存在的风险点,并分析相关风险点的原因,进而给出相关预防措施,以实现对航标遥测遥控系统的风险管控。
In view of the actual work of aids to navigation(AtoN)management,the paper discusses the risks of remote AtoN measurement and remote AtoN control from the perspectives of system security,performance of terminal facilities,influence of external environment,data monitoring etc.,and studies the causes for the risks.It further puts forward relevant preventive measures in order to realize the risk control for the remote measurement and remote control system of AtoN.
