针织物图案变化与精准纺纱工艺的关系模型

摘要 为进一步确定基于一根结构可控的自固结子线经过织造可直接在织物上形成精准图案的尺寸变化与纺纱工艺之间的关系,以织物尺寸不变、图案等比例放大为研究要点,分析随着图案大小变化时各纱线段长度以及纺纱时间的变化规律,最终建立图案放大倍数与精准纺纱工艺的关系模型。以基础图案为基准,2个矩形图案间距不变,分别将矩形横向放大2倍和3倍。经过纺纱织造后分析可得:图案放大倍数(a)与循环纱长L呈(L)=1.65a+67.17的线性关系;各结构段长度及纺纱时间也呈现线性规律变化;所得精准纺纱工艺计算模型可快速确定各纱线段长度及运行时间,为织物图案尺寸变化后相对应的精准纺纱工艺参数预测提供了依据,减少试织次数和成本,提高制备效率。 In order to further determine the relationship between the size change and spinning process of a self-consolidating sub thread based on a controllable structure that can directly form precise patterns on the fabric after knitting,with the fabric size unchanged and the pattern proportionally enlarged as the research focus,the variation law of the length of each yarn segment and the spinning time as the pattern size changes was analyzed.Finally,a relationship model between pattern magnification and precision spinning process was established.Based on the basic pattern,the spacing between the two rectangular patterns remains unchanged,and the rectangles were horizontally enlarged by 2 and 3 times,respectively.After analysis of spinning and knitting,it can be concluded that there is a linear relationship between the pattern amplification factor a and the cyclic yarn length L,which is L=1.65 a+67.17.The length of each structural segment and the spinning time also exhibit linear changes;The obtained precise spinning process calculation model can quickly determine the length and running time of each yarn segment,providing a basis for predicting the corresponding precise spinning process parameters after changes in fabric pattern size,reduce trial knitting frequency and cost,and improve preparation efficiency.
