摘要
通过文献分析的方法,对国内学者在“企业参与职业教育”方面的研究成果进行了综述,以发现关于企业参与职业教育的研究共识,探索相关理论的演进及趋势、理论研究与实践情况相互促进的规律,寻找到在新形势下关于“企业参与职业教育”这一主题还未被关注到的研究领域和当下需要重新回应的重要问题。研究发现,相关文献的研究主题主要集中在企业参与职业教育的原因和影响因素、路径、困境和对策,以及国外企业参与职业教育情况对我国的启示等方面,而对新形势下应该关注的相关研究领域,例如企业参与职业教育支持地方经济社会发展方面所涉甚少。职业教育领域的学者应加强对相关领域的研究,适应国家推动职业教育发展的要求。
By means of literature analysis,this study reviewed the results of research on“company participation in vocational education”.It discovered the research consensus on company participation in vocational education,explored the evolution and trend of relevant theories,and the law of mutual promotion between theoretical research and practice.Besides,it enclosed those fields that have not been focused under the topic of“company participation in vocational education”and the important issues that need to be re-researched in the new situation.This study found that the relevant research topics focused on the causes and influence factors,paths,plight and countermeasures of company participation in vocational education,and the enlightenment of foreign company participation in vocational education to the cases of our country,etc..However,there has been little academic attention paid to the necessary research fields in the new situation,such as the support of company participation in vocational education to local economic and social development.Vocational education scholars should strengthen their research in related fields to meet the requirements of the country to promote the development of vocational education.
