摘要
深入探讨预氧化技术对NiAl激光熔覆涂层的影响,包括涂层的组织结构和硬度、摩擦系数、耐磨性等关键性能指标。实验结果表明,经预氧化技术处理后,NiAl激光熔覆涂层除了NiAl主相外,还新增了Al_(2)O_(3)物相,且涂层硬度在NiAl涂层的基础上提升了约20%,摩擦因数降低了约23%,同时耐磨性得到显著提升。由此得出,通过预氧化技术使NiAl激光熔覆涂层实现了从组织结构到性能的良性转变,有较高的实践应用价值。
The effect of pre oxidation technology on the microstructure and properties of NiAl laser cladding coatings was studied.The experimental results show that after pre oxidation technology treatment,in addition to the NiAl main phase,the coating also added Al_(2)O_(3) phase,and the hardness of the coating increased by about 20%,the friction coefficient decreased by about 23%,and the wear resistance was significantly improved.From this,it can be concluded that the NiAl laser cladding coating achieved a benign transformation from microstructure to performance through pre-oxidation technology,which has high practical application value.
