跨学科融合视角下的高校劳动教育:以民族文化为纽带的探索与实践

摘要 劳动推动了人类社会的发展,人类在劳动实践中得到自身的完善和成就感,勤劳是中华民族的优良传统。高职院校开展劳动教育,以培养劳动素养为主体,加强高校劳动教育,充分认识新时代劳动教育的时代价值,明确新时代高校劳动教育的主要内容,提出新时代高校劳动教育的实施路径,培养高职院校学生的劳动精神、劳模精神和工匠精神。该文展现了人口较少的少数民族毛南族的勤劳与智慧的文明成果,内容和形式质朴平易近人,感人至深,散发着毛南族特有的泥土气息,注重情感意向的表达,围绕“人”的特性,把道德伦理和内在情感因素融入其中,从心灵出发去追求情感的真实性,对教育的本质认识,对培养人、培养什么样的人有着深刻的启示。 Labor drives the development of human society,and humanity obtains its own improvement and sense of achievement through labor practice.Diligence is a fine tradition of the Chinese nation.Vocational colleges carry out labor education,with the cultivation of labor literacy as the main body,strengthen labor education in universities,fully understand the era value of labor education in the new era,clarify the main content of labor education in universities in the new era,propose the implementation path of labor education in universities in the new era,and cultivate the labor spirit,model worker spirit,and craftsman spirit of vocational college students.This article showcases the hardworking and wise civilization achievements of the Maonan ethnic minority with a small population.The content and form are simple and approachable,deeply moving,emitting the unique earthy atmosphere of the Maonan ethnic group.It emphasizes the expression of emotional intentions,integrates moral ethics and internal emotional factors around the characteristics of"human",and pursues the authenticity of emotions from the perspective of the soul.It has a deep understanding of the essence of education,and focuses on cultivating people and inner emotional factors Cultivating what kind of people has profound implications.
