摘要
针对EBZ200H型掘进机工作过程中存在打滑的问题,开展了行走机构打滑原因分析,结果表明,掘进机行走机构驱动轮与履带啮合齿数较少和排渣困难是出现驱动轮打滑的主要原因。通过改进掘进机行走机构驱动轮的结构,包括节距、齿宽、齿的排数等,增加了驱动轮与履带运行过程中的啮合齿数,同时,为掘进机行走机构侧面和驱动轮齿之间设计了挡煤装置,有效控制了煤泥进入驱动轮和履带啮合位置,能够及时排出驱动轮齿间的煤泥,提高了掘进机行走机构运行的稳定性,降低了每月打滑次数,减少了设备运维人员,为煤炭企业创造了更多的经济效益。
In view of the slippage problem of EBZ200H roadheader,the causes of slippage of driving mechanism were analyzed.The results show that the main causes of slippage of driving wheel of roadheader are the few meshing teeth between driving wheel and crawler and the difficulty of slag discharging.By improving the structure of the driving wheel of the driving mechanism of the roadheader,including pitch,tooth width,row number of teeth,etc.,the number of meshing teeth between the driving wheel and the crawler is increased.At the same time,a coal retaining device is designed between the side of the driving mechanism of the roadheader and the driving gear teeth,which effectively controls the slime entering the meshing position of the driving wheel and the crawler and can timely discharge the slime between the driving gear teeth.It has improved the running stability of roadheader walking mechanism,reduced the number of slips per month,reduced equipment operation and maintenance personnel,and created more economic benefits for coal enterprises.
