摘要
针对山西某矿15号煤层西胶带大巷(即15106运输巷)过断层段顶板单日下沉变形大的问题,根据西胶带大巷过断层段工程地质条件对原支护技术参数进行了优化设计。结果表明:采用过断层支护参数优化方案后,15号煤层西胶带大巷巷道顶板变形量为12.5 mm、顶底板相对移近量为25.6 mm,15号煤层西胶带大巷巷道两帮变形量为32.5 mm、工作面帮变形量为13.6 mm,围岩变形破坏得到了有效控制,验证了该支护技术参数的合理性。
Aiming at the problem of large deformation of single-day subsidence of the roof plate in the fault section of No.15 coal seam west tape lane(both:15106 transport lane)of a mine in Shanxi,the original support parameters were optimised according to the engineering geological conditions of the fault section of the west tape lane.The results show that:after the optimisation of the fault support parameters,the deformation of the top plate of the No.15 coal seam west belt roadway is 12.5 mm and the deformation of the bottom plate is 25.6 mm,the deformation of the two gangs of the No.15 coal seam west belt roadway is 13.6 mm,and the deformation of the working face gang is 32.5 mm,and the deformation of the peripheral rock damage has been effectively controlled,which shows the reasonableness of the support technical parameters.
