摘要
基于三维数值模拟法,分析不同叶片结构对离心通风机性能的影响。具体分析中根据离心通风机基本结构,构建三维数值仿真模型,并以叶片进口角度和叶片平面高度为研究侧重点,分析不同叶片进口角度和叶片平面高度对离心通风机静压的影响,进而根据分析结果提出离心通风机叶片结构的二元设计方案,优选最佳方案应用于工程实践,确认叶片结构优化设计的应用价值。
Based on three-dimensional numerical simulation method,the influence of different blade structures on the performance of centrifugal ventilator is analysed.According to the basic structure of centrifugal ventilator,a three-dimensional numerical simulation model is constructed,and the research focuses on the blade inlet angle and the height of blade plane to analyze the influence of different blade inlet angle and the height of blade plane on the static pressure of the centrifugal ventilator,and then put forward the binary design scheme of the centrifugal ventilator blade structure according to the analysis results,and then select the optimal scheme to be applied in the engineering practice to confirm the application value of the optimal design of blade structure.The best solution is selected and applied in engineering practice to confirm the application value of optimal design of blade structure.
