摘要
文中以某高速改扩建大桥北塔大体积承台为研究对象,研究了大体积混凝土的裂缝发生及发展机理,提出了大体积混凝土施工防裂的主要措施,并利用MIDAS FEA NX仿真软件,模拟了承台大体积混凝土在温度较低的环境条件下,不同养护条件下的承台内部温度变化情况及应力分布情况。结果表明,采取冷水管+保温层的养护措施,可有效提高大体积混凝土开裂的安全系数。
This paper studies the occurrence and development mechanism of mass concrete in the north tower of a large bridge,and puts forward the main measures of anti-crack prevention in the construction of mass concrete.The MIDAS FEA NX simulation software is used to simulate the internal temperature change and stress distribution of the concrete under different curing conditions.The results show that the curing measures of cold water pipe+insulation layer can effectively improve the safety factor of mass concrete cracking.
