某铁矿副矿体矿石对主矿体矿石分选流程的适应性试验

Adaptability Test of Auxiliary Ore Body Ore to Main Ore Body Ore Separation Process in an Iron Mine

摘要 安徽某铁矿I号矿体为主矿体,属石英型磁铁矿石,铁品位为22.96%;Ⅱ、Ⅲ号矿体为硅酸盐型含少量镜铁矿的磁铁矿石,铁品位26.99%;矿石中的主要脉石成分为SiO2;石英型磁铁矿石中以磁铁矿形式存在的铁占总铁的68.34%,硅酸盐型磁铁矿石中以磁铁矿形式存在的铁占总铁的45.69%。为了减少Ⅱ和Ⅲ号矿体矿石入选对现有流程的影响,将石英型磁铁矿石与硅酸盐型磁铁矿石分别按质量比2∶1、5∶1进行配矿,然后采用一段磨矿一段1粗1精弱磁选—二段磨矿二段1粗1精弱磁选—淘洗机精选流程处理,在一、二段磨矿细度分别为-0.075 mm占45%和90%,弱磁选粗选、精选磁场强度分别为159.24 kA/m和119.43 kA/m的情况下,对应的3种优质铁精矿铁品位70.06%、铁回收率65.95%,铁品位69.89%、铁回收率62.17%,铁品位69.74%、铁回收率58.08%。试验表明现场流程对Ⅱ和Ⅲ号矿体矿石入选的适应性较好。 I#ore body of an iron mine in Anhui is the main ore body,which belongs to quartz type magnetite ore with iron grade of 22.96%.II#and III#ore bodies are silicate-type magnetite with a small amount of specularite,with an iron grade of 26.99%.The main gangue component in the ore is SiO2.The iron in the form of magnetite in quartz-type magnetite ore accounts for 68.34%of the total iron,and the iron in the form of magnetite in silicate-type magnetite ore accounts for 45.69%of the total iron.In order to reduce the impact of II#and III#ore bodies ore selection on the existing process,the quartz-type magne-tite ore and silicate-type magnetite ore were mixed at a mass ratio of 2∶1 and 5∶1,respectively,and then treated by one stage grinding one stage one roughing one cleaning low intensity magnetic separation-two stage grinding two stage one roughing one cleaning low intensity magnetic separation-elutriation machine cleaning selection process.When the grinding fineness of the one and two stages is-0.075 mm accounting for 45%and 90%respectively,and the magnetic field strength of low intensity magnetic separation rough-ing and cleaning is 159.24 kA/m and 119.43 kA/m respectively,the corresponding three high-quality iron concentrates have iron grade of 70.06%and iron recovery of 65.95%,iron grade of 69.89%and iron recov-ery of 62.17%,iron grade of 69.74%and iron recovery of 58.08%.It shows that the on-site process has a good adaptability to the ore selection of II#and III#ore bodies.
