摘要
目的:探究整体护理在重症颅脑损伤患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年4月—2023年4月广州市中西医结合医院收治的重症颅脑损伤患者100例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各50例。观察组行整体护理,对照组行常规护理。比较两组生命体征、生活能力、护理满意度及并发症发生率。结果:护理后,观察组平均动脉压、血氧饱和度、心率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);护理后,两组Brathel评分均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024)。结论:针对重症颅脑损伤患者,积极实施整体护理,可改善患者生命体征,提升生活能力,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of holistic nursing care in patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods:100 patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted to Guangzhou Integrated Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group,each with 50 cases,by using the method of randomized numerical table.The observation group practiced holistic nursing,and the control group practiced conventional nursing.Vital parameters,living ability,nursing satisfaction and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing care,the mean arterial pressure,oxygen saturation and heart rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001);after nursing care,Brathel scores of the two groups were elevated,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the nursing care satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001);The incidence rate of complication in observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024).Conclusion:For patients with severe craniocerebral injury,the active implementation of holistic nursing can improve the vital parameters of patients,enhance the ability to live,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
