摘要
传统铸造工厂的质量管理针对产品全生命周期建立完整的质量检验标准,即建立与产品相对应的首检、巡检、尾检、抽检标准,这样的质量管理模式适用于生产节拍相对较慢的铸造工厂,但是压铸行业具备高精度、高效率、灵活性强的生产特点,如何高效、准确的进行产品质量管理成为了当前行业内的一大难点,本文基于数字化的压铸产品的全流程质量管理模式进行一个简单的分享。
The traditional casting factory quality management for the product life cycle to establish a complete quality inspection standards,that is,a product to establish the corresponding first inspection,inspection,end inspection,sampling standards,such quality management mode is applicable to the production of relatively slow production rhythm of the casting plant,but the die-casting industry with high precision,high efficiency,flexibility and production characteristics,how to efficiently and accurately product quality management has become a major difficulty in the industry.The current industry a major difficulty,this paper is based on the digitalization of die casting products of the whole process quality management mode for a simple sharing.
