摘要
缸盖水夹层芯制芯时,砂芯易出现缺料现象,在工装制作验证过程中通过合理的选用和布局排气塞、改变顶芯杆结构、增加排气镶块、排气槽或过砂槽等方式,提高工装排气效果和优化气流流动,减少水夹层缺料缺陷。
In the process of tooling production verification,through reasonable selection and layout of the exhaust plug,change the structure of the top core rod,increase the exhaust groove of the exhaust insert or over the sand groove,etc.,improve the exhaust effect of the tooling and optimize the airflow flow,and reduce the defect of lack of material in the water interlayer.
