摘要
随着大数据时代的到来,企业财务管理面临前所未有的挑战和机遇。大数据技术为企业提供更多数据资源和决策依据,但同时也带来了一系列新问题,因此如何更好地利用大数据提高财务管理质量成为管理者关注的重点。鉴于此,文章主要针对大数据时代企业财务管理中存在的一些弊端问题(如缺乏财务分析能力、信息安全指数过低、管理制度不够完善等),进行全面梳理,并在此基础上,提出加强数据安全管理、推动财务管理体系变革、提高数据处理能力及财务管理人员素质等方面的相关解决对策或建议。融合案例分析法,进一步验证所提出对策与建议的可行性,在总结成功经验,吸取失败教训的同时,为促进财务管理工作的提质增效夯实基础。
With the advent of the era of big data,enterprise financial management is facing unprecedented challenges and opportuni-ties.Big data technology provides enterprises with more data resources and decision-making basis,but it also brings a series of new prob-lems,so how to better use big data to improve the quality of financial management has become the focus of attention of managers.In view of this,this paper mainly starts with data security problems,data processing problems,financial management personnel ability problems,and financial management system reform problems,and comprehensively sorts out these drawbacks in enterprise financial management in the era of big data,and on this basis,the relevant solutions or suggestions are put forward to strengthen data security management,promote the re-form of financial management system,improve data processing ability and the quality of financial management personnel.The case analysis method is integrated to further verify the feasibility of the proposed countermeasures and suggestions,and to lay a solid foundation for im-proving the quality and efficiency of financial management while summing up successful experiences and learning lessons from failures.
